Reminder that this is the last week for the Bikes for Books program. Students can read and turn in tickets up till this Friday. Although there is only one winner for the bike, the class that reads the most books, will win a pizza party! We have had a lot tickets turned in, so keep up the GREAT work!

Author Day is almost here! This Friday, the author Michael Wayne will be visiting our Orangeville Grade School students. He will be doing a presentation and a slideshow, to show and explain how he writes his books and how he comes up with his characters. Parents can order books on the order forms that were sent home today. A HUGE Thank You to our PTO for making this fun-filled afternoon possible!

Yesterday, our 4th and 5th grade classes went on a field trip to the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago. It was a long day, but we had a great time learning and seeing all the displays. Thank you to our teachers and the chaperones for making it a great day!

The Village would like us to remind everyone that the streets north of the fields, especially the road immediately adjacent, is a posted no parking area and tow zone. These streets must remain passable to an emergency vehicle. If you attend a game, please park in the school lots.

You may have heard that OHS alum Tessa Janecke was chosen to be part of the US Women's National Team, competing at the 2023 IIHF Women's World Championship in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. What you might not realize is that play begins TOMORROW. Games will be broadcast on the NHL network.
